Valentina R. Sireech
Indigenous Visual Artist & Photographer
Supporting Native American Indian Cultural, Arts, and Language.
Raised by Strong ute women
I had the great fortune of being mentored by strong Ute women and traditional knowledge keepers of our community and others. I am a wife, daughter, auntie, and sister. I love the outdoors, kayaking, refurbishing furniture, traveling, and photography. I usually hang out with our fur family, Buddy and Curly (our pups), creating art, reading, or beading. Lately, I have been translating my passion for creating art into jewelry and fashion that resonates within our Indigenous community and beyond.
Family & Culture
As a  Ute Woman, I create artwork to pay homage to my family and the women who continually inspire me.  Left to Right: Geneva Kanip Accawanna, Aunt, Late Melba Accawanna Appawora, Grandmother, Late Velma Colorow Sireech, My Mother,  Turgruyahk Thank you for all your teachings!
